How does ‘DBSS CleanUp’ work?
You will receive an email from us (or, if you are no longer able to use the computer), a USB stick by post. Please run this programme on all the affected computers.
DBSS CleanUp runs automatically and identifies all known threats on your system. Once detected, these are reliably removed by DBSS CleanUp. Your computer will then be clean and can be used as normal again.
If DBSS CleanUp fails to detect all threats, or if the results are not yet satisfactory, we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll connect to your computer via remote support and carry out the final steps to restore your system to a clean state.
